How to Apply to Indiana's Choice Scholarship Program

To apply for Indiana's Choice Scholarship Program, find a participating Indiana Choice Scholarship school that fits your child's learning needs. You'll then work with the school to submit the application and provide the necessary eligibility information to receive your voucher.
